Walk Before You Can Run
Before we start creating your training program we first take you through a movement assessment which will highlight any areas that are unstable, tight, or imbalanced.
In your first program, we aim to improve these areas as well as focus on any other areas.
Whether your goals are strength, muscle gain, or weight loss initially you will work towards creating a strong base of strength and fitness.
As you progress you will start more advanced training and or fat loss methods.
